I've been involved within Health & Fitness for over 9 years now, starting out as a Level 3 Personal Trainer. From my early years I started competing, starting in Fitness Model then later moving to Men's Physique. Having personally competing in numerous shows and doing my own photoshoots I have also developed a vast knowledge within that particular field and also gaining experience whilst challenging myself at a high level. When I was 22 I also opened my own gym, which I've now had for over 5 years. Over the years I have also established over businesses external from fitness but within fitness I have also gone to do qualify in Level 4 Low Back Pain and Nutrition, and helping 100+ people achieve their goals too. By putting the years of knowledge, experience and qualifications not only in fitness but also business, I know what it takes in order to be able to live a healthy, balanced and productive lifestyle and actually enjoy life at the same time, I'd love to be able to help you too.

FAQ

How does it fit round my busy schedule? Everything is 100% tailored to you, so no matter what your schedule is, we adapt, trial and effect the plan to make it work most efficiently & effectively for you.

Can I still eat the foods I enjoy? Yes of course, all your plans are 100% personalised to you and that includes your nutrition. In the initial consultation you'll be asked what foods you enjoy to eat on a daily basis, let me know and i'll make sure they are included in your plan (as long as they're realistic). Everything is flexible and all in moderation.

How long will it take? This is subject to your goal, but the plans start from 12 weeks as to achieve serious results this is the average time-frame I would suggest to people. However, subject to the goal is how long it takes. Some 12 weeks, some a year but if you're committed then goals will always be reached.
